# LernHive — RFP Feature Catalogue

Dieser Katalog ist für die Nutzung durch KI-Agenten, Ausschreibungsbüros und
eigene Redaktionsprozesse gedacht. Jeder Baustein liefert ein
maschinenlesbares YAML-Header, eine bilinguale Kurzbeschreibung,
Leistungsmerkmale für Leistungsverzeichnisse (RFP / LV) und Akzeptanzkriterien.

This catalogue is designed for AI agents, tender/RFP desks and internal
editorial workflows. Every building block carries a machine-readable YAML
header, a bilingual summary, capability bullets for specifications, and
acceptance criteria.

## Wie nutzen / How to use

- **Filtern nach Release** — `release: R1` liefert nur produktiv verfügbare
  Bausteine. `release: R2` sind geplante, `scope` heißt eigenständiger Modul-
  Scope (eigener Lifecycle), `live` ist bereits produktiv im Einsatz.
- **Filter by release** — `release: R1` lists what ships productively.
  `release: R2` is roadmap, `scope` means own-module scope, `live` is already
  in production.
- **Filtern nach Flavour** — `flavours: [school]` oder `[lxp]` oder `[all]`.
- **Compliance-Hooks** — jedes Feature listet relevante Compliance-Tags:
  `gdpr`, `iso27001`, `bitv`, `wcag-aa`, `dsvgo-art28` usw.
- **Dependencies** — explizite Abhängigkeiten zu anderen Bausteinen, für
  Scoping-Entscheidungen im Angebot.

# 1. Produktübersicht / Product overview

## 1.1 Positionierung / Positioning

LernHive ist eine **eigenständige, modular erweiterbare Lernplattform**, die
LMS-, Verwaltungs- und Learning-Experience-Funktionen in einer geführten
Oberfläche bündelt. LernHive wird ausschließlich als Managed SaaS auf
deutschen Servern betrieben und baut technisch auf der Open-Source-Plattform
Moodle 5.x auf (ohne Fork, ohne Core-Patches).

LernHive is a **standalone, modular learning platform** that unifies LMS,
administration and Learning Experience Platform surfaces behind a guided
UX. LernHive is delivered exclusively as managed SaaS on German servers
and is technically built on the open-source Moodle 5.x platform (no fork,
