LXP — Learning Experience Platform

Learning environment that activates learners through personalised discovery — rather than assigned mandatory courses.

A Learning Experience Platform foregrounds the discovery of learning content: recommendations, followed content, community-based streams, short snack formats. Classic LMS are more assignment-driven ("HR assigns mandatory training to staff"). LernHive offers both — the School Flavour runs classically, the LXP Flavour activates Explore, Follow and Discovery. Both Flavours run on the identical code base; the difference is configuration, not edition.
